Viggo Nordbakk

Viggo Nordbakk has been Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Management Board of NorCom Information Technology AG since its stock-market flotation in 1999. Mr. Nordbakk is responsible for the Company’s strategic orientation and management of the subsidiaries. Furthermore he oversees the following core areas at NorCom Information Technology AG:

    * Financial Statements, Taxes, Finance
    * Equity interests
    * Product
    * Marketing & sales
    * Investor relations
    * Human resources

As a member of the supervisory board or equivalent corporate bodies at NorCom's subsidiaries Value & Risk AG, Norske System Arkitekter AS, CognIT AS and MaxiMedia Technologies GmbH, he additionally exercises key strategic influence on the Group's equity investments.

Viggo Nordbakk established NorCom in 1989, acting as chairman of the management board until the Company was converted into a public company in 1999.

Prior to establishing NorCom, the graduate engineer with a master in computer science and cybernetics worked at Siemens' communications technology research laboratory and then spent several years as a consultant for office automation.

Mr. Nordbakk is the principal shareholder of listed company NorCom Information Technology AG via Nordbakk Beteiligungs Verwaltung GmbH.

Dr. Tobias Abthoff

Effective February 01, 2007 Dr. Tobias Abthoff is in charge of consulting business and will be supporting the CEO in the operative management of the Company's finances and the planning and control of product delivery processes.

With a doctorate in engineering, Dr. Tobias Abthoff commenced his career at LOGIN GmbH as a key account manager and project manager. After joining NorCom in 1996, he initially worked as a customer relationship manager for the implementation of individual software solutions for key accounts. In 2000 he was appointed managing director of NorCom NST GmbH. In addition to conventional consulting business and the establishment of and extensions to marketing structures, he was also responsible for implementing lean business processes and defining NorCom NST's strategic position.

As vice president and later on as COO of NorCom Information Technology AG, he has been responsible for all of the operative activities at the Company's Munich-based headquarters since 2002.
