Your tasks

• Together with our customers, you create the most modern and highly automated environments and workflows for machine learning in the enterprise - from conception through implementation to operation

• You will evaluate the latest trends and technologies, have a direct influence on our architecture decisions including the DevOps / MLOps processes and drive innovative solutions for data and machine learning management

• You enable data scientists, data engineers and software developers to implement exciting AI applications by analyzing, abstracting, automating and optimizing their processes and toolchains

• You will accompany data and machine learning models over the entire life cycle, including model training, model deployment, model monitoring and (continuous) retraining

• You ensure continuous quality and performance improvement and take responsibility for applications and contact persons during development, commissioning and operation

Your strengths

• You have a degree in MINT and several years of experience in the big data / cloud and machine learning environment

• You have mastered the automation and optimization of development, deployment and operating processes (CI / CD, configuration management, monitoring) on ​​a modern data-centric technology stack (e.g. Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK),

• Ideally, you have hands-on experience in Kubernetes / cloud environments in an enterprise environment with typical security requirements (e.g. identity management, network isolation, data security)

• You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team, enjoy working with colleagues and customers and a willingness to travel

• Your communication skills in German at least level C1 and English will enable you to convince customers and colleagues and to convey technically difficult concepts in a clear and understandable way
