Viggo Nordbakk

Managing Director

 

Viggo Nordbakk is the founder of the company and has been a board member of NorCom Information Technology AG since the company went public in 1999. With the conversion into a GmbH & Co. KGaA, he has been managing director of the shareholder NorCom Verwaltungs GmbH since October 2018.

 

As managing director, Mr. Nordbakk is responsible for the company's strategy, finances, human resources and communications.

 

Before his founding, the qualified engineer for technical cybernetics worked for several years as a consultant for office automation and in the research laboratory for communication technology at Siemens AG.

 

Via Nordbakk Invest GmbH, Mr. Nordbakk is the main shareholder in the listed NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA.

 

 

 

 

​​Wolfgang Schröter

Managing Director

Wolfgang Schröter has been managing director of NorCom Verwaltungs GmbH since November 1, 2023, which in turn is managing partner of NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA is. He complements CEO Viggo Nordbakk in the leadership role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this position he is responsible for the company's business development and the expansion of operational business. He is also responsible for the account management of major customers in the public administration sector.

 

 

The business economist has been with NorCom since 1997 and is therefore very familiar with the company. Until now, as managing director in Nuremberg, he was mainly responsible for the customer Federal Employment Agency.

Liliana Nordbakk has many years of experience as an entrepreneur and biotech
investor. As a member of investor networks such as "Band of Angels" in Silicon Valley, she invests in start-up companies and supports them in particular in the areas
Strategy, Business Development, Management and Finance. She is also a mentor
at the “German Accelerator”, a program run by the Federal Ministry of Economics
and energy is financed and German startups enter the US market

Biotechnology” from San Jose State University.
She was a founding member of NorCom, fifteen years as CFO for the
company and responsible for the expansion strategy.

dr After studying mechanical engineering, Johannes Liebl worked successfully for BMW for more than 30 years, most recently as head of the complete vehicle development department “Efficient Dynamics”. In 2007 he was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Technical University of Dresden for his driving role in reducing CO2 emissions. Today he is the publisher of the automotive trade journals ATZ, MTZ and ATZelektronik from Springer Fachmedienverlag in Wiesbaden and is the organizer of various automotive trade conferences. He also works as a consultant in industry.

Mr. Dieter Gauglitz has been a self-employed auditor and consultant for medium-sized and listed companies in the areas of accounting, corporate finance and capital markets since 2011. In recent years he has been a member of the Management Board of S&T AG and interim CFO of Kontron Europe GmbH. His other activities included project management for acquisitions, takeover bids and restructuring as well as due diligence. Since 2014, he has chaired the Audit Committee at Telefónica Deutschland Financing GmbH.

Before starting his freelance work, he was CFO/board member of Kontron AG for three years, before that he worked for Ernst & Young in the areas of Audit & Assurance and Transaction Advisory for 12 years.

In addition to the chairmanship of the Audit Committee at Telefónica Deutschland Financing GmbH, Munich, and supervisory board mandates at SpVgg Unterhaching Fußball GmbH & Co. KGaA, Unterhaching, and MLase AG, Germering, Dieter Gauglitz is not a member of any other statutory supervisory boards or in comparable domestic and foreign supervisory bodies of commercial enterprises in accordance with Section 125 Paragraph 1 Sentence 5 AktG.
