NorCom Information Technology AG examines conversion into a partnership limited by shares (KGaA)

The board of directors of NorCom Information Technology AG decided today to initiate preparations for a possible conversion of the legal form into a GmbH & Co. KGaA. The proposal still requires the approval of the Supervisory Board and the approval of the shareholders, which is to be obtained at this year's Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be postponed to calendar week 32.

With the invitation to the Annual General Meeting, shareholders will receive detailed information on the planned conversion of the legal form.

With the change of form of the company to a GmbH & Co. KGaA, the continuation of the company's long-term growth strategy is to be secured in the long term and the possibilities of a capital market-oriented company are to be combined with the advantages of a family business.
