Change in the supervisory board

At the request of NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA, Mr. Dieter Gauglitz was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board by the Munich District Court, Register Court.

Dieter Gauglitz is an auditor and freelance consultant for medium-sized and listed companies in the areas of corporate finance, accounting and capital market issues. His many years of experience and expertise make Dieter Gauglitz a valuable addition to the existing NorCom supervisory board - especially as a financial expert.
