NorCom has been awarded a lot for the tender of the Hessian Center for Data Processing (HZD). The contract relates to services from NorCom for HZD in the area of ​​MS SQL Services and will initially run for two years with two options for renewals.

The HZD is an attractive new customer for NorCom: In terms of content, NorCom supports the HZD in implementing a modern, high-performance e-government program for several thousand users. For this purpose, a database platform based on MS-SQL is to be operated and further developed. In addition to the installation and configuration of the systems, the specific tasks also include monitoring, programming support and administration.

"The HZD is an important new customer for us - especially against the background of the ongoing corona crisis," explains Dr. Tobias Abthoff. “Our customer base from the public sector ensures stability, especially in uncertain times. We are pleased that we were able to expand our customer base in this area. "

NorCom estimates the annual order volume in the mid six-digit range, but no minimum purchase has been agreed with the customer.
