Email Forensics
Easily handle large volumes of unstructured email data. With DaSense, forensic analyzes can be carried out easily and securely, evidence can be secured and important data can be archived. Useful features such as deduplication, field search, Boolean constructs, comparisons and proximity search operators save valuable time.

Analyze e-mails comprehensively and legally with AI
The main challenge of e-mail forensics is the sheer volume of e-mails. Unlike other types of electronic records (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files), email is largely used for conversations with multiple replies and recipients. Email is quick and easy to create. This leads to a very high number of separate emails on a single topic of conversation.
When processing eDiscovery requests, each individual email must be processed. While automated technology can help - where the human element is required, the processing and resource time quickly multiplies exponentially simply because of the number of separate emails addressing a single topic or conversation.

Another factor that increases the complexity of email is that it is rarely organized coherently. While Word, Excel and PowerPoint are often managed in a document management system or at least folders, this is not the case for email. Gathering the right data, finding the proverbial needle in a haystack, is crucial.

Participating apps
Research in documents: This app finds all predecessors and "relatives" for a document based on the content - in contrast to versioning, also across file types. The path of the document is also traceable.
Functions: Creation of version tree, content evaluation of allFile types - including scans, interactive visualization, document tree navigation

Currently in usee.g. when working with contract documents

Mistake, goodbye! Detection searches huge datasets for anomalies. Through correlation analysis, Detection not only finds the errors, but also the reasons for them.
Functions:Ttime series analysis, event search, combined analysis of logs and traces, creation of snippets, correlation analysis

Currently in use, e.g., in the evaluation of abnormalities in the measurement data of automotive test fleets
